What Information Does Catalist Collect on the Catalist Site?
Personally identifiable information is information that identifies a user as a specific individual, such as name, email address, mailing address and phone number. The Catalist Site collects personally-identifiable information about users only if a user voluntarily provides that information to the site for contact or informational purposes. For the purposes of transparency, personally-identifiable information is collected on the Catalist Site in the following instances:
Contact Us Function. A site visitor, possibly a prospective client, submits a query to Catalist through the site's "Contact Us" function, and provides his or her name, address, email address and/or telephone number so that Catalist is able to respond.
Request for Feedback. From time to time, the Catalist Site may ask visitors for voluntary feedback that will help us improve our site. In connection with such feedback, you may choose to provide optional name and contact information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
Non-personally identifiable information includes demographic information (such as age, gender, city or state) and a user's clickstream information. The Catalist Site collects information about users and stores it in log files maintained on Catalist equipment. This information includes non-personally identifiable information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit this site, including information about your web request, your IP address, your browser type, browser language, date and time of the request.
With Whom Does Catalist Share the Personally-Identifiable Information Collected on the Catalist Site?
If a user submits a query through the "Contact Us" function that Catalist requires external resources to answer fully, Catalist may share your query and contact information with third parties, such as its vendors, in order to formulate the appropriate response.
Catalist may transfer the information it collects on the Catalist Site to any successor-in-interest to Catalist (such as a company that acquires Catalist), or internally to one or more affiliates (such as a corporate subsidiary or parent). Catalist may also disclose personally identifiable information about a user if its determines that an applicable law, regulation or legal process requires it, or if Catalist determines that it needs to share such information to protect or enforce Catalist's rights or the rights of another user.

Catalist maintains safeguards to protect the security, integrity and privacy of the personally-identifiable information within our control. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, please be advised that Catalist assumes no responsibility or liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other causes beyond Catalist's control.
California Residents. The State of California has enacted regulations under the California Civil Code known as the California Consumer Privacy Act (the "CCPA").
