Heather Rodgers Director of Business Development

Heather Rodgers brings over fifteen years of experience in leveraging political data to support labor, advocacy, and electoral organizations in driving progressive change. As the Director of Business Development at Catalist, Heather leads the Business Development team in collaborating with clients and partners to maximize their strategic use of Catalist data.

Before assuming her current role at Catalist, Heather served as a Business Development Manager and Account Executive at Catalist. Her experience includes her tenure as Data Director at PICO California, where she developed and managed a comprehensive data program for social justice initiatives. Heather began her career in political data at Working America, AFL-CIO in 2008, analyzing member records and managing voter contact data across numerous races.
