Jessica Humphrey Chief Technology Officer

As Catalist’s Chief Technology Officer, Jessica Humphrey manages software development, infrastructure architecture and maintenance, data security, and the growth of our development team. Prior to joining Catalist, she served as the Director of Membership, Data, and Analytics for the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), a union representing more than 1.7 million members, including preK-12 educators and staff, nurses and healthcare professionals, higher education faculty and staff, and public employees. Her previous roles at AFT included running organizing campaigns across all of the union's constituencies, managing employee and activist teams of a wide range of sizes and types of expertise, and leading the union’s higher education organizing program.

Jessica is a proud unionist and LGBTQ activist who enjoys knitting, baking, and parenting. She loves Octavia Butler and Star Trek and is always up for good trouble.
