Mikhail Zhurkin Chief Architect

Mikhail Zhurkin is an experienced software architect with a track record of building large, scalable systems, and data fabrics that address challenging computational problems and enable complex algorithmic approaches.

Prior to Mikhail’s work at Catalist, he designed and fielded prototypes and production systems to process and analyze complex datasets on oil pipeline network flow, genomic sequence assembly, large scale network traffic, longitudinal healthcare studies, and financial compliance. Mikhail has also worked for the Department of Energy, the Institute for Genomic Research, NASD, numerous early stage companies, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
